My Dachshund Fears

My biggest fear is that winnie would get too overzealous and run out in front of a car or chase a 6 point Buck Deeer on my property and get trampled on. I know all dachshunds are fearless and will chase chase anything to protect their owners and property but they are small-sized dogs that need to carefully watched when they are outside.

Another fear of mine are Birds of Prey. I live in an area that has lots of Red-Tailed Hawks, huge Turkey Vultures, Black Vultures, Kites and not too far away there are some Eagles that fly around. Those very large Raptors scare me because the size of a small dachshund from above is the same size as a small fox, large rabbit and other wildlife animals that are parts of their diet.
